Synthesis of 4,4'-Bis(4-aminophenoxy) Biphenyl

4,4’—二羟基联苯、4—氯硝基苯和碳酸钾在N,N—二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和甲苯的混合溶剂体系中发生回流反应,合成4,4’—双(4—硝基苯氧基)联苯。随后,在Pd/C—氢气的还原体系中,被进一步还原成4,4’—双(4—氨基苯氧基)联苯。利用熔点测定仪、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪对其进行表征。

The compound of 4, 4＇-bis （4-nitrophenoxy） biphenyl was synthesized by the condensation between 4- chloronitrobenzene and 4, 4 ＇ -dihydroxybiphenyl in the presence of potassium carbonate in the mixture solvents of N, N- dimethylformamide （DMF） and tolune. The 4,4＇ -bis（4-aminophenoxy）biphenyl was obtained through the reducing reaction of the 4,4＇-bis（4-nitrophenoxy） biphenyl in the system of Pal/C-Hydrogen. Then, the obtained compounds were characterized by melting point apparatus and fourier transfer infrared spectrometer.
