摘要
《社会保险法》构建了我国医疗保险制度的基本框架,明确了用人单位和参保者的责任和权利,强化了社保基金的征缴与管理,规范了社保经办机构的权利和义务,保障了参保者的合法权益。它的实施对我国医疗保障体系、医疗保险政策、定点医疗机构以及参保患者都产生了深远影响。
The Social Insurance Law of the PRC, which establishes the basic framework of the medical insur- ance system, defines the responsibilities and rights of the employers, strengthens the collection and management of the social insurance fund, standardizes the rights and obligations of the social insurance agencies and ensures the lawful rights of the insurants, which has a profound influence on the medical security system, medical insurance policies, fix -pointed medical institutions and the insured patients.
