来华医学留学生医疗法教学的实践与探讨

On Medical Service Law for Medical Overseas Students in China

面对来华医学留学生医疗法课程教学中存在的文化适应、法律差异、语言障碍等诸多问题,采取灵活的教学方式、坚持医学伦理与医疗法律相融通,国际化与本土化相结合、加强师资队伍培养与培训等措施,切实保障教学效果,提升教学质量。

Many problems, such as cultural adaptation, legal differences, language barriers, exist in the teaching process of Medical Service Law for overseas students in China. So in this paper, the author think weshould adapt flexible teaching methods, adhere to the integration of medical ethics and medical law, and combine the internationalization with the localization in order to strengthen the teachers team and the training methods to en- sure teaching effect and promote the quality of teaching.
