摘要
在商法教学中引用后"茶馆式"教学方式,引导学生在一定情景下参与其中,做到"书中学"和"做中学",有利于调动学生的积极性,发挥其主体地位,达到法学教学的目标。而在商法教学中后"茶馆式"教学的运用存在它的可行性和必要性,在教学中加以引导必然能够取得良好的效果。
By using the method of teahouse after teaching in the commercial law, the students are guided to participate in certain circumstances to realize "learning from book" and "learning by doing", which can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, fulfill their dominant position and achieve teaching objectives. The application of teahouse after teaching in the commercial law has its necessity and feasibility and can obtain good effect in teaching.
