刺激瘤胃功能:将有机酸盐用作促生长剂 被引量:2

摘要 对于诸如猪和鸡之类的单胃动物,营养学家们将有机酸用作病原体微生物的抑制剂和酸化剂。但是,这些酸中的多数还作为挥发性脂肪酸存在于牛、羊及其它反刍动物的瘤胃中。现在,研究人员正在探索怎样使某些有机酸或其盐类还能被用作瘤胃功能“增强剂”的问题。这些有机酸或有机酸盐主要在集约化养殖中。
