塑料套管混凝土桩的应用研究

Research on Application for Plastic Tube Castin-place Concrete Pile

塑料套管混凝土桩是我国自主研究开发的一种软土地基处理新型小直径刚性桩。这种桩具有施工速度快、沉降收敛快和成桩质量可靠及检测方便等优点。首先简述了塑料套管混凝土桩的结构组成;其次主要阐述了其荷载传递机理、室内模型试验、计算机数值仿真分析、工程应用试验及质量控制和检测标准;最后指出了其有待进一步研究问题和发展方向。

Plastic tube cast-in-place concrete pile is a new type small diameter rigid pile self-developed by China for treating soft soil foundation.The pile have many advantages such as quick construction,fast convergence for settlement,reliable quality and convenient detection,etc.Firstly,the structure composition of plastic tube cast-in-place concrete pile was described,then its load-transferring mechanism,lab model experiment,computer numerical simulation analysis,engineering application test,quality control and test standard were summarized.At last,its development direction and problems in further research are pointed out.
