摘要
以湖南省张花高速酉水河大桥4×40+80+145+80 m预应力混凝土连续T梁和斜高墩大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥桥为工程背景,引桥40 m T梁和主桥18个悬臂节块同时施工,引桥40 m T梁制、架先于主桥完工,根据酉水大桥4#交接墩墩身高度达57 m、直线段长度为6.5 m及直线段混凝土方量为106.85 m3等特点,在架设完成的40 m T梁上布置贝雷片吊架作为施工4#交接墩边跨直线段的主要施工设备,直线段施工完成后边跨进行合龙,简述吊架构造,介绍边跨现浇段吊架施工工艺和边跨合龙张拉等关键工序,对同类桥梁加快工程施工进度和节约投资有重要指导意义。
