摘要
首先通过红外光谱研究了沥青、硅藻土及改性沥青的微观结构进行了分析,而后以不同掺量的硅藻土制备改性沥青,利用软化点差、动态剪切试验及低温BBR试验对改性沥青的储存稳定性、高温性能及低温性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,硅藻土掺入沥青后,没有发生化学反应,仅为物理的共混;硅藻土的掺量导致改性沥青储存稳定性的降低;硅藻土掺入沥青后,对沥青的高温性能有提升作用,但却降低了沥青的低温性能。
Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy was used to test the effects of diatomite on chemical properties of asphalt binder.The modified asphalt was prepared by adding different mixing amounts of diatomite.In order to research the modified mechanism properties,the storage stability,high temperature properties,low temperature properties were studied.The results showed that there was only the physical blend and no chemical reaction between diatomite and matrix asphalt.The storage stability tests indicated that the asphalt modified is unstable when the diatomite added.The diatomite added into asphalt improve its resistance to deformation at high temperatures and the resistance to thermal cracking at low temperature.
