摘要
针对国内急倾斜厚大贫铁矿矿体形态变化大,岩石夹层多等禀赋特征,通过对传统上向分层充填采矿法的创新,提出除1个主运输水平外,全矿床不设辅助中段,按高度22.5 m大分段,7.5 m高分层上向连续充填开采全矿体的采矿方法。同时,利用采场内留点柱、顶板水平光爆压顶和全尾砂充填技术,有效减小贫化率,减少空场下凿岩、出矿的安全问题,降低充填成本。实践证明,该采矿方法能有效减少采准工程量,提高充填采矿效率,降低生产成本。
In view of the characteristics of the steeply inclined large-thick iron ore body such as large changing mor- phology, many rock interlayer, and through the innovation on traditional upward high layer continuous cut and fill mining method, the upward high layer continuous cut and fill mining method with a main transport roadway and 22. 5 m sublevel and 7.5 m slice in height without any auxiliary section is proposed. Meanwhile, the techniques like pillars setting in stope, roof horizontal smooth blasting, and full-tailings backfill, are utilized to effectively reduce the dilution rate, decrease the safety issues in drilling at the empty field and ore drawing, and lower the backfilling costs. The practice has proved that this method above can effectively reduce the amount of mining preparation, improve mining efficiency, and reduce production costs.
