摘要
为了确定高压辊磨机粉碎湖南远景钨业杨林坳选厂细碎产品的合适工艺及参数,对粉碎产品进行了粒度特性及相对可磨度变化规律研究。结果表明:①高压辊磨作业可大幅度提高产品中细粒级的含量;②增大辊面压力,可提高产品细粒级含量和破碎比;③缩小闭路筛分筛孔尺寸可提高高压辊磨机排矿中细粒级含量;④高压辊磨作业可显著提高辊压产品的相对可磨度,闭路筛分筛孔尺寸越小,相对可磨度越大,粗磨情况下相对可磨度提高的幅度较大,在辊面压力为4.5 MPa、筛孔孔径为3 mm、磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占50%的情况下,其对试样的相对可磨度系数达1.55,可显著提高一段磨矿效率。
The size characteristics of the product after grinding of tungsten ore by high-pressure grinding roller from Yanglin'to Dressing Plant of Hunan Yuanjing Tungsten Mine Industry and its relative grindability were studied. The results showed that : ① High pressure grinding roller can greatly increase the contents of intermediate and fine particle product ; ② Pressure increasing at roller surface can improve the content of fine fraction and the crushing ratio; ③ Narrowing the closed-circuit sieve mesh size can increase the content of intermediate and fine products of high pressure grinding roller, and improve the relative grindability of closed-circuit roller grinding product. ④High pressure grinding roller can significantly improve the relative grindability of products. For coarse ores, its relative grindability was significantly increased ; In case of the roll surface pressure of 4.5 MPa, mesh size of 3 mm, grinding fineness of -0. 075 mm 50%, the relative grindability co- efficient of the sample can reach 1.55 ,which increasing the first step grinding significantly.
