摘要
碳纳米管作为极具潜力的新型热控材料,其本征热导率是最重要的热物性参数,得到了广泛研究。总结了近二十多年来在碳纳米管本征热导率方面的研究成果,归纳为实验测量和理论方法两大类,并按基于应用的统一定义,将不同研究者的结果纳入到同一框架下进行了比较。
Thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes has been of great interest due to its potential applications such as thermal control. Researches on thermal conductivity of carbon nanotubes in the last few decades were surveyed and sum- marized. The results were categorized into two groups, namely experimental measurement and theoretical calculation. The data were transformed into a novel unified definition and compared on the same platform.
