稀土离子掺杂MSi_2O_2N_2(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)基荧光粉研究进展

摘要 概述了近年来MSi2O2N2(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)基荧光粉的发展现状,介绍了稀土离子掺杂对MSi2O2N2(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)基荧光粉的发射光谱和发光强度的影响,综述了稀土离子的敏化作用和离子间能量传递机理,并对稀土离子掺杂MSi2O2N2(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)基荧光粉的研究进行了展望。 The latest progresses of MSi2O2 N2 (M= Ca, Sr, Ba) phosphors were reported. The influences of rare earth ions on the emission spectrum and the luminous intensity of the phosphors were discussed. This work was focused on the sensitization of rare earth ions and the energy transfer between different rare earth ions. At the same time, the prospect for the future was presented.
