SnS/SnS_2电纺纤维复合材料的制备与光催化水制氢

摘要 利用高压静电纺丝技术,制备具有微纳米尺寸并含羧基的电纺纤维。水热条件下负载SnS/SnS2异质结制备SnS/SnS2电纺纤维复合材料。利用SEM、XRD、XPS、TGA、UV-Vis等多种分析测试方法表征复合材料,SnS/SnS2异质结能均匀分布在电纺纤维上。利用氙灯模拟太阳光进行光催化实验,结果发现,从第一至第三周期,以SnS/SnS2异质结粉体为催化剂,体系的产氢量基本不变,而同等条件下以SnS/SnS2电纺纤维复合材料为催化剂,体系的产氢量明显增加;且复合材料在第三个周期中产氢的量是SnS/SnS2异质结粉体的1.34倍。 Carboxyl electrospinning fiber with micro and nano size was prepared with electrospinning technology. SnS/SnS2 heterojunction was loaded on carboxyl electrospinning fibers under hydrothermal conditions. The SnS/SnS2 elec- trospinning fiber composites were characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS, TGA, UV-Vis and so on. The SnS/SnSz heterojunction was uniformly dispersed on electrospinning fibers. It was found that the average rate of H2 evolution of the composites was gradually increased,while the average rate of H2 evolution of SnS/SnS2 powders basically unchanged from the first to the third run which was 1.34 times less than that of the composites.
