摘要
将带有季铵基团的季铵化聚乙烯醇(QAPVA)材料与无机纳米TiO2颗粒一起,制备了TiO2含量分别为2%,5%和10%的QAPVA/TiO2杂化膜。TiO2的加入不仅使得膜材料的热稳定性提高,且膜的阻醇性能得到了极大提高,在60℃时,TiO2含量2%,5%和10%的3种膜的甲醇渗透率分别为5.71×10-7cm2 s-1,6.50×10-7cm2 s-1,6.88×10-7cm2s-1,比其他QAPVA膜降低了一个数量级。通过比较膜的电导率和甲醇渗透率的比值(C/M),显示3种QAPVA/TiO2杂化膜C/M比值高于单纯的有机膜,且达到燃料电池应用要求。
A series hybrid membranes with different TiO2 content 2%, 5% and 10% were prepared with quaternized poly(vinyl alcohol) (QAPVA) and inorganic nano TiO2 particles as material. Nano TiO2 particles not only enhanced ther- mal stability of the membrane, but also hindered methanol permeability. The methanol permeability of three hybrid mem branes with TiO2 content 2%,5% and 10% were 5.71×10-7cm2 s-1 ,6.50× 10-7cm2s 1,6.88×10-7cm2 s-1 ,respective- ly, which were lower one grade than others anion exchange membrane prepared with QAPVA. Compared the ratio of con- ductivity to methanol permeability with pure organic membranes, the hybrid membranes containing TiO2 could be applied for fuel ceils.
