摘要
采用偶联剂处理过的氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂、活性纳米碳酸钙做补强剂、自制的增粘剂与有机锡催化体系制备高粘结性和阻燃的脱肟型密封胶。研究了活性纳米碳酸钙、氢氧化铝的用量、端羟基聚甲基硅氧烷(107胶)的粘度、增粘剂的用量等对密封胶的性能影响。
Coupling agent treated aluminum hydroxide as a flame retardant, active nano-calcium carbonate as a rein forcing agent,the high viscosity and deketoxime-type flame retarding sealant was preparedwith self-made organotin cata lyst. The effects of the amount of active nano-calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide, the viscosity of, hydroxyl termi nated poly methyl siloxane(107 gel) ,the amount of tackifier and other on performance of the sealant were studied.
