环糊精改性聚氨酯的制备与表征 被引量:2

Preparation and characterization of β-cyclodextrin modified polyurethane

摘要 以聚醚2000和4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料,以β-环糊精为交联剂制备了β-环糊精改性的聚氨酯,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR),热失重分析仪(TGA),动态机械热分析仪(DMA)及剥离、拉伸试验对聚合物的结构和力学性能进行了表征与测试。结果表明β-环糊精可以提高聚氨酯的热稳定性,并且可使聚氨酯的玻璃化转变温度提高;β-环糊精还可以提高聚氨酯的拉伸强度及对PET薄膜的T-剥离强度。 β-cyclodextrin modified Polyurethane had been synthesized by polyether 2000 and 4,4 -diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI), and β-cyelodextrin as erosslinking agent. The structure and properties of products had been character- ized by fourier transform infrared (FTIR), thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) and peeling, tensile test. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin can improve the thermostability and glass transition tempera- ture of polyurethane. The tensile strength and T-peel strength were also improved in a certain extent.
