摘要
制备了交联剂4,4'-二(甲基丙烯酰胺基)偶氮苯,并在此基础上以过硫酸钾为引发剂,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为接枝单体,在微波辐射下,制备了淀粉-丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸丁酯水凝胶,对其进行了表征。探讨了引发剂、接枝单体、辐射温度、功率对接枝率和接枝效率的影响,研究了水凝胶在不同pH值下的溶胀性能及降解性能,结果表明所制备的淀粉-丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸丁酯水凝胶在弱碱性环境下其溶胀性能极大,达到1285%,在弱酸性环境下,其降解性能较弱,仅为6.26%。
The cross linking agent of 4,4'-bis(methacrylamide) azobenzene was prepared. With potassium persul- fate as the initiator,acrylic acid and butyl methacrylate as graft monomer, starch-acrylic-butyl methacrylate hydrogel were synthesized by microwave irradiation. The effect of initiator agent, grafting monomer, radiation temperature and power on the graft ratio and graft efficiency were discussed. The swelling properties and degradation properties of the hydrogel at dif /erent pH values were also studied. The results showed that the swelling properties of the hydrogel was significant in the weak alkaline environment,was up to 1285 %in the acidic environment,and the degradation performance was comparatively weak,only 6.26%.
