Al_2O_3/PTFE缠结多孔材料的制备及其渗透性能

摘要 以Al2O3微粉和PTFE分散液为原料,经共混微粒间的挤压拉伸和低温烧结定型,得到了孔隙率45%左右的Al2O3/PTFE多孔材料。SEM结果显示该材料的微观形貌具有三维网状的缠结结构特征,在PTFE添加量10%时,制备得到的PTFE/Al2O3多孔材料的接触角为107°,具有较强的疏水性。在实验条件下,材料的孔隙率和透气率随PTFE添加量的增加而降低,而烧结温度(290~340℃)和烧结时间(5~30min)对材料的孔隙率和透气率影响不大。材料的纯水通量则随订FE添加量的增加迅速衰减至100L/m2·h以下,而透气率可维持在0.07m3·cm/m2·h·mmHg以上。 Al2O3-PTFE porous material have been prepared by low-temperature sintering after the blend of Al2O3 powder and PTFE dispersion. The porosity of the material was about 45 %. The SEM results showed that the Al2O3 powder have been enlaced by the fiber of PTFE with three-dimensional structure. The contact angle of the material(PTFE 10% ) was 107°. Under the experimental conditions, the porosity and permeability of the material was decreased with increasing PTFE concentration. Sintering temperature(290-340℃) and sintering time(5-30min) had little effect on the porosity and permeability of the material. The pure water flux was decreased rapidly to 100L/m2 .h with addition PTFE, while the air flux can be maintained at 0. 07m3 . cm/m2 . h .mmHg.
