有效介质理论在复合型导电高分子材料研究中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 时至今日,有关复合型导电高分子材料的研究已受到普遍的重视。但是,对于复合型导电高分子材料导电机理的研究仍存在着许多不足。复合型导电高分子材料所涉及的导电机理主要有渗流理论、有效介质理论、量子力学隧道效应理论、电场发射理论等几种具有代表性的导电机理。有效介质理论作为一个重要的代表性的导电理论,关于它的研究还存在很多的不足。对有效介质理论做了一个比较全面的介绍,对有效介质理论的几种模型进行了分析,有助于加深对有效介质理论的理解,更好的分析复合型导电高分子材料的导电机理。 To this day, the composite conductive polymer materials already suffer the widespread attention. Howev- er, there are many shortcomings in researching the conductive mechanism of the materials. The mainly involved representa- tive conductive mechanism of the materials were percolation theory, effective media theory, quantum mechanics tunnel effect theory, the electric field theory and so on. As an important representative conductive theory, the research about the effective media theory still had many shortages. A comprehensive introduction and analysis of the theory has been made,which would help deepen the understanding of the theory,and better analysed the conductive mechanism of the materials.
