摘要
目的:观察浅表血栓性静脉炎管壁基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达情况,探讨血管重塑的发病机制。方法:收集原发性大隐静脉曲张标本16例,浅表血栓性静脉炎标本16例,另设13例正常大隐静脉标本作对照。采用免疫组化,光镜下观察静脉管壁中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达。结果:血栓组MMP-2、MMP-9分布在静脉管壁全层,增生的滋养血管壁上呈强阳性表达,中膜层MMP-2、MMP-9表达成簇分布。血栓组管壁MMP-2、MMP-9表达含量分别与曲张组、正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);曲张组与正常组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与疾病严重程度呈正相关,推测MMP-2、MMP-9可能参与浅表血栓性静脉炎管壁重塑。
Objective To observe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 in the wails of thrombophlebitic saphenous vein, and to investigate the mechanism of pathogenesis of vascular remodeling. Methods Each 16 specimens of primary great saphenous varicose veins and thrombophlebitic saphenous veins were collected, while 13 specimens of normal great saphenous vein were collected as controls. The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in these specimens were observed by immunohistochemistry staining under light microscopy. Results In the thrombus group, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were distributed in all layers of the venous wall, and were with a strong positive expression in proliferated vasa vasorum, and were with a cluster distribution in media. Significant differences of the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were observed among the three groups (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There was a positive correlation between the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and the severity of disease, which suggesting that MMP-2 and MMP-9 may participate in the remodeling of thrombophlebitic saphenous vein walls.
