摘要
目的:比较波前像差引导SBK与LASIK矫正近视的疗效。方法:前瞻性、非随机对照研究,选取行波前像差引导SBK 52例(104眼)和LASIK 58例(104眼)。观察两组术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月和6个月的裸眼视力和屈光度并进行比较。结果:术后6个月,两组裸眼视力无差别(P>0.05),但波前组术后视力提高1行及以上眼所占比例较LASIK组高(P=0.001)。术后3个月,波前组手术期望值与实际矫正值的直线回归方程为Y=0.981x+0.189(R2=0.905,P<0.05),而LASIK组为Y=0.892x+0.839(R2=0.892,P<0.05)。结论:术后6个月,波前引导的SBK较LASIK在术后安全性、预测性上具有优势。
Objective To compare the efficacies of wavefront-guided sub-bowman keratomileusis and laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia. Methods In this prospective, non-randomized comparative study, 104 eyes of 52 myopia patients underwent wavefront-guided sub-bowman keratomileusis treatment (WG-SBK group) and 104 eyes of 58 patients underwent laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK group) by VISX STAR S4 excimer laser system. Visual acuity and refraction were evaluated before and 1 day, l week, 1 month, 3 months and 6months after the surgery. Results There was no significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity between WG-SBK group and LASIK group at 6 months after the surgery (P 〉 0.05), but the proportion of treated eyes obtaining one line or better improved in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in WG-SBK group was higher than that in LASIK group (P = 0.001). The linear regression equation of expected and actual correction for myopia in WG-SBK group and LASIK group were Y = 0.981x + 0.189 (R2 = 0.905, P 〈 0.05) and Y = 0.892x + 0.839 (R2 = 0.892,P 〈 0.05) at 3 months after the surgery, respectively. Conclusions Wavefront-guided sub-bowman keratomileusis showed significant advantages in safety and predictability than laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia at 6 months after the surgery.
