七味白术散治疗脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qiwei Baizhu Powder for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus of Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察七味白术散治疗脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,随机分为2组各40例。2组均统一由营养师按个体化饮食营养分析指导,治疗组加服中药汤剂七味白术散。7天1疗程,连服2疗程。观察2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂4项。结果:2组空腹血糖比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:七味白术散可有效地降低餐后血糖,改善脂质代谢,对脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病患者有较好的疗效。

Objective- To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiwei Baizhu Powder for gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） of spleen deficiency type. Methods： Eighty GDM patients of spleen deficiency type were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given the individualized dietary control under the guide of the hospital dietitian, and the treatment group was given Qiwei Baizhu Powder additionally, Seven days constituted one treatment course, and the treatment lasted two courses. After treatment, the corresponding laboratory parameters of fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and four items of blood lipid were compared in the two groups. Results： The differences of fasting blood glucose was insignificant between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）, but the dif- ferences of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significant（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Blood lipid levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, high-density and low-density lipoprotein choles- terol in the treatment group differed from those in the control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Qiwei Baizhu Powder is effective for the treatment of GDM of spleen deficiency type through decreasing postprandial blood glucose and improving lipid metabolism.
