生产方式决定分配方式。研究分配问题,必须从生产资料所有制出发,不能就分配谈分配。两极分化是资本主义私有制的产物。只有在公有制的基础上才能实现共同富裕。要坚持社会主义利益观,国家利益、集体利益和个人利益统筹兼顾、统一安排。在讲物质利益的同时,必须强调思想政治工作。社会主义建没必须把物质作用与精神作用统一起来,两者不可偏废。按劳分配这种分配方式,是由社会主义的客观经济条件、首先是由生产资料公有制决定的。要正确、全面地对待按劳分配原则,认识到按劳分配存在形式上平等掩盖事实上不平等的"弊病"。

Production mode determines distribution mode.We should not talk about distribution all by itself and should study distribution from the system of ownership of the means of production.Polarization is the outcome of capitalist private ownership,and common prosperity can only be realized on the basis of public ownership.We should take all of the benefits of socialism,country,collective and individual into consideration,and make the uniform arrangement.We should consider the material benefits,and emphasize the importance of ideological work at the same time.The material function and mental function should be united in the socialist construction.The distribution mode of distributing according to work is determined by the objective economic condition of socialism and firstly the public ownership of the means of production.And we should treat the principle of distributing according to work correctly and in the round,and realize its malady of formal equality covering up actual equality.
