Development and application of process tracking system for petrochemical product flow

摘要 随着金陵石化公司原油加工量不断加大,产品进出厂受码头能力不足的矛盾日益突出。为了加强产品进出厂管理,提高码头吞吐和使用效率,明确各部门职责,提高各部门积极性,设计开发了产品进出厂流程跟踪系统。系统采用流程化的方式,并结合码头发油控制系统,将业务流程固化到信息系统中,强化流程控制点。系统的开发应用,使码头吞吐量提高10%-20%,相当于增加了一个码头的吞吐量,节约了建一座码头的资金,码头效率已基本达到最高。在国内同行业领域中未见有类似系统的开发和应用。 With the increasing of crude oil processing volume in Jinling Company, the problems relating to wharf shortage became increasingly prominent. In order to strengthen the management of product flowing, to improve throughput capacity and efficiency of wharf, to clarify department responsibilities, and to enhance the enthusiasm of all sectors, a system named as "process tracking system for product flow" was designed and developed. The system used process-oriented mode, combined with the control system for oil delivery of wharf, embed business processes into the information system, and enhanced process control points. The application results of the system showed that the throughput capacity of the wharf increased 10 %-20 %, which equal to adding one wharf. The fund for building one wharf was economized. The efficiency of the wharf reached almost maximum. The development and application of systems which are similar to "process tracking system for product flow" have not seen in the same industries of China.
