Application of on-line diesel optimization blending system in Guangxi petrochemical company

摘要 为了减少柴油质量过剩,降低生产成本,广西石化实施了柴油在线优化调和系统。该系统使用在线近红外分析仪在线测量关键组分信息,采用内含调和模型的优化控制软件实现柴油管道调和。应用该系统后,柴油的十六烷值平均值降低了0.5个单位,在保证质量前提下减少了柴油质量过剩,并有效缓解了公司储运系统罐容紧张情况和减轻了产品调和出厂压力。 In order to alleviate the excess diesel quality and product cost, an on-line diesel optimization blending system is applied in Guangxi Petrochemical Company. In this system, an on-line near infrared analyzer is used to measure the key components' content on line, and an optimization software including a blending model controls the diesel pipeline blending process. The blending system not only guarantees the product quality, but also reduces diesel giveaway of over quality excess and product cost, for example, the average cetane number of diesel is now 0.5 units below before. In addition, the blending system can effectively cut down the occupation of storage tanks.
