摘要
金融危机爆发以来,为提振经济,促进就业,美国启动了"再工业化"战略。与此同时,中国制造业也迎来了转型升级的关键时期。文章对美国"再工业化"战略的实施效果进行了系统的数据分析,并着重对该战略对中国制造业的影响进行了深入研究。数据表明,美国"再工业化"战略取得了初步成效,而且随着该战略的进一步推进,中美在制造业领域的竞争性将影响中国对美国传统制造业产品的出口,加剧中美未来在先进制造业领域中的竞争,导致美国对华贸易保护主义倾向加重,并对中国制造业引资与投资产生双面影响。鉴于此,中国应在传统要素优势渐失的现状下,积极培育制造业出口产品新型竞争优势,加快制造业转型升级,大力发展先进制造业,抢占新一轮经济发展先机。
The U.S. has launched a re - industrialization strategy since the financial crisis broke out in order to boost the economy and promote employment. The same time was also a critical period for China to speed up the transformation and upgrading of its manufacturing industry. This paper analyses the initial results of the U. S. re - industrialization strategy based on detailed data, and makes a thorough study of the effect of the U. S. re - in- dustrialization strategy on China's manufacturing industry. These data indicate that the U.S. re - industrializa- tion strategy achieved initial success, and with the further advance of the strategy, Sino - US competition in the manufacturing industry will affect the export of our traditional manufactured goods, intensify Sino - US competi- tion in the field of advanced manufacturing in the future, increase U. S. trade protectionist tendency, and have a dual impact on inward and outward FDI. Given all these effects, China is losing its traditional advantages and should actively cultivate new competitive advantages for its manufactured export products, speed up the transfor- mation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and develop advanced manufacturing in order to grab chances in the new round of economic development.
