抗结核分枝杆菌的药用植物研究进展

Recent advances in research of medicinal plants against mycobacterium tuberculosis

结核病是迄今为止全世界最难控制的传染性疾病之一,近年来呈明显上升的趋势,抗结核新药的研发已成为医药界急待攻克的难题。作为新药发现的重要途径,天然药用植物正逐渐应用于抗结核分枝杆菌的研究中。本文对近年来国内外天然植物体外抗结核的试验研究结果进行了综述,比较了不同种属植物抗结核分支杆菌活性的MIC,MBC,为从天然药用植物中找寻抗结核新药提供借鉴。

Tuberculosis （TB） is one of the infectious diseases most difficultly to control with an upward tendency around the world in recent years. The discovery of new anti-tuberculosis drugs has become urgent prob- lems to overcome. As an important way to develop these new drugs, natural plant products have been applied in re- search. Herein the advances in research of anti-tuberculosis herbs were reviewed, including the comparison of their anti-tuberculotic MIC and MBC. It offers references for finding new anti-tuberculotic medicinal plants.
