摘要
在理清新型职业生涯特征及其对人力资源管理实践的影响、新型职业生涯与人力资源管理实践的关系的基础上,系统地阐释了雇佣关系、组织承诺、职业成功标准和组织职业生涯管理等变化对组织人力资源管理和组织绩效产生的影响。研究表明,在新型职业生涯下组织与个人有效契合是影响个人职业成功与组织绩效的关键因素。最后,提出了人力资源管理变革与创新的思路和对策。
This paper aims to clarify the characteristics of the new career and its impact on human resource management practices, and the relationship between the new career and human resource man- agement practices. In this paper, we systematically explain the change of employment relationship, organizational commitment, career success criteria and organizational career management and their im- pacts on the organizational human resource management and organizational performance. This study has shown that under the new career, person-organization fit is a key factor that affects the individual career success and organizational performance. On this basis, we propose the ideas and countermeas- ures of the reform and innovation of human resource management.
