摘要
在分析我国铁路5种主要售票方式,以及高速铁路售票组织存在问题的基础上,采用旅客问卷调查和售票行为分析2种方法对旅客购票需求和特性进行分析。为满足旅客购票快捷、方便、简单的要求,提出IC卡结合电子客票的高速铁路售票组织解决方案,从而改进高速铁路售票组织工作。
Based on analyzing 5 major methods of selling tickets for Chinese railways and the problems existing in high-speed railway ticketing organization, this paper analyzes the passenger ticketing demand and properties by 2 methods--passenger questionnaire and ticketing activities analysis. In order to satisfy the passenger ticketing demand such as fast, convenient and simple, the paper puts forward the solution of high-speed railway ticketing organization which combining IC card with electronic ticket, so as to improve the works of high-speed railway ticketing organization.
