摘要
本研究立足于相关理论,将变革型领导与员工的知识分享行为相联系,并探讨了领导-部属交换(LMX)在其中的作用机制。研究通过214份配对样本对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:变革型领导、LMX与知识分享两两正相关;LMX在二者关系中起部分中介作用。在人力资源管理启示中,讨论了本研究对管理实践的指导意义。
This study is based on some theories, linked transformational leadership and employ- ee' s knowledge sharing behavior, and we also explore the role of leader-member exchange (LMX) mechanism between them. The study makes an empirical test of the model in 214 paired samples. The results show that, transformational leadership, LMX and knowledge sharing are positive correla- tion each other;LMX plays a partial mediator in the relationship between the two. The suggestions of human resource management are also discussed.
