摘要
本文以休闲农业企业服务创新和顾客体验价值为视角,以京皖苏等地的休闲农业企业为样本,运用实证研究方法探讨了服务创新、顾客体验价值与休闲农业企业绩效之间的关系。研究发现,服务创新与休闲农业企业经营绩效正相关,顾客功能性体验价值和情感性体验价值在服务创新与休闲农业企业绩效的关系之间起到部分中介作用。由此,本文建议休闲农业企业应在满足顾客返璞归真、休闲娱乐需求的基础上,重视顾客在休闲农业旅游中获取知识的学习需求和结交朋友的社交需求,加大顾客认知性体验价值和社会性体验价值的开发力度,从而更好地提升休闲农业企业的经营绩效。
Based on samples from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area and the empirical methods, the re- lationships among the service innovation, customer experiential value and leisure agricultural enter- prises' performance are researched. It is found that service innovation positively related to the leis- ure agricultural enterprises' performance, and the customer functional experiential value and emo- tional experiential value play partial mediating effect in the relationship between service innovation and the leisure agricultural enterprises' performance. It is suggested that beyond the demands for leisure and entertainment, leisure agricultural enterprises may explore other customer demands, such as knowledge acquisition and making friends in the leisure agriculture tour to improve performance.
