摘要
制度文化是大学校园文化的重要组成部分。根据当前我国大学发展的实际情况,大学制度文化建设需要坚持以人为本、学术自由与回应现实的价值取向。当下我国大学制度文化建设应该从建立现代大学制度入手,遵循学术标准和学术发展逻辑,实现教师的学术自由,同时建立科学的学术评价和奖励机制。在人才选拔与培养方面,应该追求制度的弹性,以便选拔到优秀人才并为人才的成长提供充分自由的制度环境和发展空间。另外,还应促进大学参与协同创新。
Institutional culture is an important part of university campus culture. According to the development conditions of university, such value orientations as people-oriented, academic free- dom and responding to reality, should be held on in the construction of university' s institutional cul- ture. Currently we should establish and perfect modern university system, follow academic standard and logics, realize academic freedom, and establish scientific academic appraisal and reward sys- tem. In talent selection and cultivation, system flexibility should be pursued, which can help us se- lect talents and offer completely free system environment and development space for talents' growing up. In addition, we should encourage university to join in collaborative innovation.
