摘要
为了实现煤矿带式输送机的节能控制,通过对带式输送机所受的运行阻力的分析,计算出带式输送机传动滚筒驱动电动机所需的轴功率。在对该功率计算公式整理变换后,得出在带式输送机输送量发生变化时,通过合理调节其带速来减少电动机功率损耗的方法。该方法在工业现场的实际应用中取得了良好的节能效果。
In order to realize the energy-saving control of the mine belt conveyor, by the analysis of the running resistance of the belt conveyor suffered calculate the shaft power required by the belt conveyor drum drive motor. After the power calculated formula transformed obtained the method that when the amount of the belt conveyor is changed, by reasonably adjust its belt speed to reduce the power loss of the motor. This method has a good energy saving effect in a practical application in the industrial field.
