摘要 检测了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的加工流变性能,并优化了其加工工艺条件。探讨了十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)作为复合型阻燃剂时,DBDPE与Sb2O3的质量比、DBDPE质量分数以及辐照剂量对基材HIPS氧指数的影响。结果显示,HIPS适宜的加工条件是170℃的温度和60 r/min的转速。质量比为DBDPE∶Sb2O3=3 1∶的阻燃效果要优于2 1∶,DBDPE的质量分数为12%时,HIPS氧指数最高,辐照剂量增加时,氧指数值先增大后减小,60 kGy时氧指数值最高。 The processing rheological properties of high impact polystyrene (HIPS) was tested, and the processing conditions was optimized. The oxygen index of HIPS was discussed under the condition that different mass fraction of decabromodiphenylethane ( DBDPE), different mass ratio of DBDPE to antimonous oxide (Sb2O3 ) and different doses of electron beam irradiation on the HIPS respectively. It was found that, the optimize processing conditions were 170 ℃ and 60 r/min. The flame retardant effect was better when the mass ratio of DBDPE:Sb2O3 was 3:1 than that of the 2:1, the oxygen index was the highest when the mass fraction of DBDPE was 12%, with the increasing of irradiation dose, the oxygen index increased then decreased, the highest oxygen index value was at 60 kGy.
