摘要
以己内酰胺、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MA)及蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,在双螺杆挤出机中,通过反应挤出己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合法制备了尼龙6(PA6)/SEBS/MMT三元复合材料。与反应挤出PA6/SEBS二元合金力学性能对比的结果表明,MMT的加入能有效提高PA6/SEBS二元合金的拉伸强度和冲击强度。进一步使用X射线衍射和透射电镜对PA6/SEBS/MMT三元复合材料中MMT的微观结构和分散情况进行了表征。结果表明,除少量的MMT分布在PA6基体中,大部分的MMT以纳米尺寸的插层状结构、选择性地均匀分布在SEBS分散相中。
PA6/SEBS/MMT ternary composites were prepared by reactive extrusion via anionic ring opening polymerization of-caprolactam. As compared to that of PA6/SEBS in situ blends prepared by reactive extrusion, the impact strength and tensile strength could be effectively improved by the addition of MMT. The XRD and TEM analysis indicated that most of the MMT was selectively homogenously dispersed in the SEBS phase with a nano-scale intercalation structure in addition to a small amount of MMT dispersed in PA6 matrix.
