摘要
采用波导理论分析了超声波在圆柱杆和水循环套中的传播规律,计算了尾随信号的时间间隔与缓冲杆直径和声速的关系;分析了水循环套的材料、直径、形状对尾随波的影响,并进行了实验验证。实验结果对高温缓冲杆水循环装置的设计提供了理论和实验依据,为聚合物挤出的在线监测奠定了基础。
The wave guide theory was used to analysis the wave theoretical in the cylindrical rod and the water circulating device, calculate the relationship among the intervals of the echoes and the rod's diameter and wave velocity. The impact of water circulating device's material, diameter and shape on trailing echo were analyzed and verified by experiments. The experimental results provided the theoretical and experimental basis for design of high temperature buffer rod water circulation device, laid the foundation for the online monitoring of polymer extrusion.
