高质量的专利申请文件至少应满足四大质量评价标准:发明创造表述精确、记载内容公开适度、技术方案布局到位、文件缺陷降至最低。但由于化学领域专利的特殊性,技术人员在进行专利申请时往往会由于撰写问题影响专利质量,从而影响到专利权人的权益难以得到保护。总结了在撰写专利时经常遇到的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。

High-quality application documents of a patent should meet at least four quality evaluation criteria： accurate expression and moderate disclosure of the invention, proper layout of the technical solutions, and minimal defection of the documents. However, due to the special nature of patents in the field of chemistry, writing defections often seem to be the issues affecting the quality of a patent. This paper summarized the problems frequently encountered in patent drafting, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
