摘要
为提高微小流量的计量精度,设计了一种新型径向布齿椭圆齿轮。介绍了径向布齿椭圆齿轮形成原理,以及基于CAXA和Pro/E的二维、三维建模与仿真分析,并通过受力分析、试验数据,与传统法向布齿椭圆齿轮进行对比,新型布齿椭圆齿轮流量计在计量精度及稳定性上都明显优于传统椭圆齿轮流量计。
The new radial oval gear flowmeter was designed to improve the measurement accuracy. The new gear's principle, 2D and 3D modeling and simulation analysis based on CAXA and PRO/E were described. Having gear' s stress analysis and testing data compared with that of traditional ones proves both sound meas- urement accuracy and stability of the new radial gear flowmeter.
