摘要
以AT切晶体为例,分析了无线温度检测中水晶晶体频率特性的改善方法。由于多种因素都会影响晶体的固有频率,所以为保证晶体温度和频率的单值函数关系,在分析晶体温-频和力-频特性的基础上,通过计算机对晶体的温-频特性进行了修正,进一步对振动引起的晶体频率误差也进行了修正。实验证明:经过上述处理后的仪表可以达到较高的精度。
Taking AT-cut crystal for example, the improvement method of crystal frequency characteristics in wireless temperature detection was analyzed. Regarding the fact that many factors can affect crystal natural fre- quency and the purpose of ensuring single-valued function relationship between crystal temperature and fre- quency, and basing on analyzing crystal temperature-frequency characteristics and force-frequency characteris- tics, the crystal's temperature-frequency characteristics were corrected, including the crystal frequency error caused by the vibration. The experimental results prove the higher accuracy of this improved device.
