On Northern Song Dynasty's Legal Control to Southwest Minority Areas

北宋在羁縻政策的指引下对西南民族地区进行了积极的法律控制。这种法律控制以皇帝诏敕为法律形式,以抚恤和限制西南少数民族为主要内容。其中,抚恤包括赐田、减免税赋等经济优待和授官任用的政治笼络,而限制则以人身控制为重心。北宋对西南民族地区抚制相结合的法律控制展示出宋代富有特色的民族法制。

Under the guidance of Jimi Policy, the Northern Song dynasty carried out positive control to southwest minority areas with statutes. The legal control was in the legal form of imperial decrees, and with its main content of pension and limit to southwest minority. Pensions were economic privileges including reward fields and tax relief, and political bosses concerning granting official ranks ; limit was personal control as the center. The Northern Song dynasty＇ s legal control to southwest minority areas which contained pension and limit showed the distinctive ethnic legal system of Song dynasty.
