优化农业龙头企业金融环境的路径选择

Path Selection in Optimizing Financial Environment for Agricultural Leading Enterprises

改革开放以来,我国农业龙头企业在提升农业产业化经营水平和农业综合竞争力过程中发挥了重要作用,但由于农业产业本身存在的脆弱性以及农业龙头企业普遍存在的弱竞争性,龙头企业成长的金融环境令人堪忧,而要实现农业产业组织改造以及培育壮大农业龙头企业,创造良好的企业成长金融环境是前提。通过对我国目前农业龙头企业融资环境存在问题的研究,提出了优化农业龙头企业金融环境的路径,以期为我国龙头企业金融环境的优化提供理论参考。

Chinese agricultural leading enterprises play an important role in promoting the industrial management of agriculture and increasing agricultural comprehensive competitieness since the reform and opening ploicy.However agricultural leading enterprises＇ financial status is anxious due to sensitive agricultural foundation and weak agricultural competiton.In order to promote restructuring and revitalization in agricultural leading enterprises,a favorable financial environment is necessary.In this paper,problems of financing conditions were researched firstly.Then optimization measures come up based on fromer research.We hope it will provide theoretical references for optimizing agricultural leading enterprises＇ financial environment.
