电站锅炉燃用神华煤的安全性分析

Analysis on Security Aspect for Burning Shenhua Coal in Power Plant Boilers

目前神华煤因其多方面的优势被广泛应用于动力发电,但电站锅炉在燃用过程中也出现了一些问题,影响到机组的安全运行。本文从神华煤的煤质特性出发,总结出电站锅炉燃用神华煤的优缺点,并从锅炉设计和运行两方面给出了受热面防结渣、制粉系统防爆等安全燃用神华煤的措施,对设计和运行人员有一定的实际参考价值。

Shenhua coal is widely used in power generation with many advantages. But there are some problems which affect the security of the unit. Starting from the coal quality characteristics of shenhua coal,the advantages and disad- vantages of burning Shenhua coal in power plant boilers are summarized. And from the aspects of boiler design and operation, the measures of preventing beating surface slagging and coal pulverizing system exploding are given which has a certain practical significance.
