数字化变电站电压波动与闪变检测问题探讨

Discussion on Detection of Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker in Digital Substation

阐述了电子式互感器在数字化变电站的应用,数字化变电站与传统常规变电站的不同。阐述了数字化变电站采样同步的问题,数字化变电站对采样时间同步的要求,数据的同步问题。对数字化变电站电压波动与闪变的检测应用进行了分析,对电压波动与闪变的检测仪器装置提出了相关的要求,需要仪器符合相关要求才能进行准确的测量分析,并且提出了对数字化变电站电压波动与闪变检测的问题与展望和思考。

This article described the application of electronic instrument transformer in digital substation,the difference between digitalized substation and traditional substation, and other issues, such as synchronous sampling, sampling time synchronization and data synchronization in digital substation. The detection of voltage fluctuation and flicker was analyzed, the requirements for detection device were also presented in this paper. Finally, the thinking and prospects for voltage fluctuation and flicker detection were prospected.
