摘要
采用埋弧堆焊工艺,在Q235钢板上制备了三种不同成分的合金堆焊层,1号TiCrMo,2号中锰钢,3号高锰钢。在MLS-10动载磨粒磨损试验机上做模拟破碎机锤头的工况试验,结果表明,采用石英砂作磨料,在每平方厘米的面积上分别施加2J、3J、4J三种不同的冲击功,1号合金比2号和3号合金体现出更加优良的抗冲击磨损能力。
Three different components surfacing layers of the alloy were prepared in Q235 steel plate by submerged arc welding,No.1 Ti-CrMo, No.2 medium manganese steel, and No.3 high manganese steel. Wear test of the crusher hammers samples was done in dynamic load wear test machine. It turned out that, in 2J,3J,4J different kinds of impact load, Nol show more excellent impact wear resistance than No 2 and No 3.
