烟叶不同区位多酚主要组分的分布特征研究

Distribution Characteristics of Polyphenol Components in Different Leaf Positions of Flue-cured Tobacco

以K326,云烟87和红花大金元的上部橘黄2级(B2F)、中部橘黄3级(C3F)和下部橘黄2级(X2F)烟叶作为研究对象,将同片烟叶分切成10个区位,采用成分相近和明显拐点相结合的方法,剖析了烟叶不同区位绿原酸、芸香苷和莨菪亭质量分数分布特征。结果表明,烟叶不同区位间质量分数差异较大的多酚成分是绿原酸和芸香苷,其分布特征因烟叶的品种和等级不同有较大差异,具体表现为:(1)K326不同区位烟叶绿原酸分布特征为B2F:叶中<叶基<叶尖、C3F:叶尖<叶中<叶基、X2F:叶中<叶尖<叶基。B2F,C3F,X2F芸香苷分布特征均为:叶基<叶中<叶尖。(2)云烟87不同区位烟叶绿原酸分布特征是B2F和X2F:叶尖<叶中<叶基、C3F:叶基<叶尖<叶中。而芸香苷分布特征是B2F:叶尖<叶基<叶中、C3F叶中<叶基<叶尖、X2F:叶基<叶中<叶尖。(3)红大不同区位烟叶绿原酸和芸香苷分布特征是B2F和X2F:叶尖<叶中<叶基、C3F:叶基<叶尖<叶中。这为科学合理制定烟叶分切、加工与应用提供了依据,进一步丰富了"三段分切"技术内涵,拓展了行业打叶复烤精细化加工技术。

The different positions of B2F,C3F and X2F of K326,Yunyan87 and Hongda were divided into leaf tips,middle and base by method of close composition and the biggest bending degree,their distribution characteristics of their polyphenol components were investigated.The results showed that chlorogenic acid and rutin content were very different in the same tobacco leaf,their distribution characteristics were different from Variety and part.（1） the chlorogenic acid content of K326 B2F：leaf middle 〈leaf base 〈 leaf tip,C3F：leaf tip 〈 leaf middle 〈 leaf base,X2F：leaf middle 〈 leaf tip 〈 leaf base,its rutin content of B2F,C3Fand X2F：leaf base 〈 leaf middle 〈 leaf tip.（2） the chlorogenic acid of Yunyan 87 B2F and X2F：leaf tip 〈 leaf middle 〈 leaf base,C3F：leaf base 〈 leaf tip 〈 leaf middle.its rutin content of B2F：leaf tip 〈 leaf base 〈 leaf middle,C3F：leaf middle 〈 leaf base 〈 leaf tip,X2F：leaf base 〈 leaf middle 〈 leaf tip.（3） the chlorogenic acid and rutin content of Hongda B2 Fand X2F：leaf tip 〈 leaf middle 〈 leaf base,C3F：leaf base 〈 leaf tip 〈 leaf middle.These results provide the base for for scientifically and rationally making project of cutting,processing and applying these sections,further expand meticulous threshing and redrying＇s processing technology.
