摘要
以具有代表性的中国陆架浅海黄海和渤海为研究海域,采用TPTZ方法测定了夏季该海域溶解态的单糖(MCHO)、多糖(PCHO)和总糖(TCHO)的浓度,对其在表层、微表层、两个断面的分布以及微表层富集情况进行了研究。结果表明:表层和微表层海水中MCHO、PCHO和TCHO浓度分布相似,均表现出近岸高外海低的规律;在低温高盐度的黄海冷水团影响下,两个断面MCHO、PCHO和TCHO浓度在部分站位出现低值;黄、渤海海域中溶解碳水化合物在微表层有不同程度的富集,其富集程度跟海面状况及水体性质有关。
Concentrations of monosaccharides(MCHO),polysaccharides(PCHO) and total dissolved carbohydrate(TCHO) in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea were measured with TPTZ method in June 2011.The distributions of MCHO,PCHO and TCHO in surface seawater,microlayer seawater and two transects were studied.The results showed that the horizontal distributions of MCHO,PCHO and TCHO displayed a decreasing trend from inshore to offshore sites.At some stations of transect B and transect H,MCHO,PCHO and TCHO showed low values because of the influence by the Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass.MCHO and PCHO exhibited an enrichment in the microlayer to a different extent,which was related with two factors including sea condition and water property.
