摘要 为研究重金属对水生生物的毒性作用,以脊尾白虾幼虾为受试生物,在常温下采用静态暴露方式,开展了Cr6+、Mn7+和Zn2+对脊尾白虾幼虾的单一毒性和联合毒性。结果表明:Cr6+、Mn7+和Zn2+对脊尾白虾幼虾的96 h LC50值分别为14.0 mg/L、25.1 mg/L和32.9 mg/L,毒性大小为Cr 6+>Mn7+>Zn2+;Cr6+、Mn7+、Zn2+两两按毒性1∶1配比的联合毒性实验中,Cr6+-Mn7+和Mn7+-Zn2+均为拮抗作用,而Cr6+-Zn2+在24 h和48 h时为协同作用,在72 h和96 h时为拮抗作用。 To study the toxic effects of heavy metals on aquatic organisms,the single toxicity and joint toxicity of Cr6+、Mn7+and Zn2+ on Palaemon carincauda juvenile were conducted by way of static exposure for 96 h.Dose-response studies revealed that LC50(96 h) values for Cr6+、Mn7+and Zn2+ were 14.0 mg/L、25.1 mg/L and 32.9 mg/L,respectively.The acute toxicities of Cr6+、Mn7+and Zn2+were in the sequence of Cr 6+ Mn7+ Zn2+.At the toxicity ratio of 1∶ 1,the joint toxicity of Cr6+ combined with Mn7+ and Mn7+ with Zn2+ were both antagonistic.The effect of Cr6+ combined with Zn2+ was synergistic at 24 h and 48 h,while it was antagonistic at 72 h and 96 h.
