摘要
在亚硝基铁氰化钠的催化作用下,海水中的氨与苯酚钠和二氯异氰酸钠反应生成靛酚蓝,建立了流动注射光度法测定海水中的氨氮的方法。并考察了海水盐度对检测结果的影响。该方法的线性范围为10~1 000μg/L,检出限为3μg/L,样品分析速度60样/h。对200μg/L的氨氮进行7次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.3%。将本方法应用于测定三个海水样品中的氨氮浓度,t-检验结果显示,在95%的置信区间内,与国家标准方法 GB 17378.4-2007测得值无显著性差异。对海水样品的加标回收实验,回收率在102.1%~115.0%。
Based on the reaction that indophenol blue was produced by ammonia,sodium phenolate solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution with the catalyst of sodium nitroferricyanide,a flow injection method was proposed for the detection of ammonia in seawater.The effect was studied.Linear relationship between the area of absorption peak and concentration of ammonia was obtained in the range of 10 ~1 000 μg/L,with a detection limit of 3 μg/L.The RSD was 1.3% of the 200 μg/L ammonia with seven continuous determinations.Using the Student's t-test at the 95% confidence level,the results of the proposed methods and the national standard method for three samples determination showed no significant difference.The recovery was in the range of 102.1% to 115.0% for the seawater samples.
