摘要
用流动注射分析法测定海水中硫化物,对流动基线的平稳性和盐度干扰作了探讨,并与经典方法进行比对实验。结果表明,定期使用1 mol/L的HCl溶液和去离子水清洗管路后可得到较好的流动基线;当水样盐度达到30以上时,硫化物的测定结果存在一定偏离;应用流动注射分析法测定海水中的硫化物不仅与经典方法无显著性差异,且具有精密度高、准确度高、分析效率高、自动化程度高等特点。
Study on determination of sulfide in seawater by flow injection analysis(FIA) was done including the discussion on the smooth of baseline and salinity interference and the comparative trial between conventional method and FIA.The results indicate that a good baseline appears after periodically washing all pump tubes by HCl(1 mol/L) and deionized(DI) water.There would be a significant error in the test when the salinity exceeds 30.FIA not only makes no significant difference to the conventional method but also features high precision,accuracy,efficiency and automation.
