摘要
采用氢化物原子荧光光度(HG-AFS)法测定了南黄海辐射沙脊群沉积物中砷(As)的含量,对影响As含量的不确定度来源进行分析,对各分量的不确定度进行分步计算和整体合成,最终给出含有扩展不确定度的南黄海辐射沙脊群沉积物中As测定结果。结果显示,氢化物原子荧光光度法测定南黄海辐射沙脊群沉积物中As含量不确定度主要影响因素是样品制备过程和标准曲线拟合。
The uncertainty in measurement of arsenic in the radial sand ridges of the South Yellow Sea sediment by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) were considered,the components of the uncertainty was separated or integrated,the calculation was also evaluated.The results show that the two main factors are sample preparation and the relative combined standard.
